We believe that a well-trained staff team is essential to the delivery of quality care and education in any early years setting, and one area often neglected by some providers.
We are committed to the continuous training and development of all our staff with over 95% of our team holding a recognised early years qualification and we also now have several graduate level professionals with an Early Years Teacher qualification
Whether the training is within: Early Years Care & Education, Playwork, Safeguarding, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Special Educational Needs, Behaviour Management or Activity Planning, all staff have individual plans to maximise their development so that we can provide a continuously improving service to parents and children.
